Jenny has been in the fitness industry since 2001. She is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, 3rd-degree black belt, and 2012 World Champion in Taekwondo, as well as a former nationally qualified bikini bodybuilder competitor. Throughout her career, she has helped countless clients reach their fitness goals & created thousands of nutrition plans. Out of all of Jenny's accomplishments, marrying the love of her life and having her two children are by far her biggest. After having her baby girl at age 40, Jenny began to experience health issues. She had chronic inflammation and was continuously getting sick. Doctors could not figure out what was going on with her body. In 2021, she found her answers when she began working with a practitioner that ran lab tests & detox protocols. With help from her practitioner, Jenny discovered she had Breast Implant Illness and found that one of her implants had ruptured, causing all of her health issues. On 11/8/22, she had her implants removed and immediately felt like she had her life back. All of that led her to go back to school to be an Integrative Health Practitioner and in May 2023, Goforth Wellness was created to help other women. "I want to help the client that is struggling with their energy and hormonal imbalances, the client that has been told by doctors that their blood work is fine and they know something is off and just wants their life & energy back, the client who does not know where to start with their health and fitness journey."

I'm a beginner. Can I do this program?
YES! This program is designed for everyone! There are different options for all exercises. Never hesitate to reach out & I will be live once a week in our Facebook group to answer any questions.
How much weight will I lose?
While you will most likely lose weight on the program if that's your goal, our focus is to rebuild your metabolism, energy levels, and help you build strength. We want you to do it the right way! Many clients lose more weight initially due to water weight & inflammation and results will vary for each person.
What if I don’t want to lose weight?
No problem! This program is designed to get you healthy inside and out. We will make sure you’re eating enough for your body and goals and building lean muscle with the workouts.
What if I don’t have weights?
Weights are recommended; Light, Medium, and Heavy but there are also body weight options. You can also use things around the house like a water jug or canned foods in bags.
What if I’m struggling with the workouts?
Take your time, take breaks, make each coming workout better than the last, it will get easier, modify, and reduce the number of reps.
